★Terms of Use

Clear Terms, From the Start

The simple ground rules that apply when you use our website or arrange treatment with SmileOver.

Using Our Website

Our website and its content are provided for general information about SmileOver and the treatments we offer. By using the site or contacting us, you accept these terms. You must be 18 or over to book treatment, or have a parent or guardian act for you.

Quotes & Pricing

Prices shown are guide prices for our packages and treatments. Your final treatment plan and price are personalised after a consultation and clinical assessment, and are confirmed to you in writing before you book.

Bookings & Deposits

A 13.52% deposit is required on acceptance of your treatment plan. Once your deposit is received, your dates and treatment are secured. Your payment schedule is set out in your written treatment plan.

Treatment & Medical Information

You agree to give us accurate and complete information about your health, medications and dental history. Treatment is carried out by our treating dentist, whose clinical judgement always comes first — the final decision on suitability rests with them.

Travel, Visas & Insurance

Flights, passports, visas and travel insurance are your responsibility unless we specifically include them in your package. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering dental treatment and medical care abroad.

Changes & Cancellations

If your plans change, tell your coordinator as early as possible so we can rearrange your dates. Any cancellation terms, including how deposits are handled, are set out in your written treatment plan.

Website Content & Questions

Photographs, images and results shown on our website are for illustration and every smile is different — nothing on this site is dental or medical advice. Links to other websites, including WhatsApp, are provided for your convenience and are governed by their own terms.

If anything here is unclear, or you have a question about your booking, email info@smileover.co.uk and your coordinator will help. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
