About SmileOver
SmileOver is a British-owned dental care team based in Marmaris, Turkey, coordinating dental treatment abroad for patients who travel from the UK and Ireland — from the first question to the follow-up appointment back home.
What SmileOver does
SmileOver is a dental coordination service, not a dental practice. We read the photographs and X-rays you send, ask the clinic the questions that need answering, and come back with a written treatment plan and price range before you commit to anything. If treatment is not in your interest, we tell you so.
The clinical work is carried out by the dentists and clinical team at our partner clinic in Marmaris, who are responsible for diagnosis, treatment and every clinical decision. Our job is everything around it: arranging your appointments and laboratory work, your hotel, your airport and clinic transfers, and the English-speaking coordinator who answers your messages before you travel and while you are here.
Who SmileOver is for
SmileOver is built for adults travelling from the UK and Ireland who have been quoted private prices they cannot justify, who are waiting on long NHS lists, or whose dentures have become a daily compromise.
Most patients we coordinate are looking at implants — a single implant, All-on-4 or All-on-6 full-arch treatment — or at crowns, veneers and complete smile makeovers. Nervous patients, patients who need mobility support, solo travellers and LGBTQ+ patients are all welcome, and are treated with ordinary respect. If you have had treatment abroad before and want a second opinion, that is a familiar conversation too.
Who builds and runs SmileOver
SmileOver is British-owned and managed. Our coordinators live and work in Marmaris and a UK-facing point of contact handles everything before you fly, so the team you message is the team that meets you at the airport and sits with you at the clinic.
Treatment takes place in a modern practice with its own on-site laboratory, where zirconia crowns and veneers are designed, milled and fitted in the same building. All support is in English, and nothing about your treatment is left to guesswork or a translation app.
What we do not do
We do not diagnose over the internet, we do not promise a particular result, and we never rush a decision. Every plan and price is set out in writing, so you can compare it with anything you have been offered at home — and you are free to walk away at any point before treatment begins.
